The Rule app makes it possible to use customer and order data from Litium to create more relevant and personalized customer experiences through email, SMS, RCS, and automated flows across the entire customer journey. Companies can segment audiences, trigger communication based on behavior, and build campaigns that strengthen both customer relationships and sales.
