BB Safety International, a supplier of personal protective equipment for professional users with a strong presence in several European markets, has launched a new e-commerce platform in just three months. The new solution gives over 500 business customers access to customer-specific pricing, real-time inventory, and a tailored product assortment.
Built on the Litium Commerce Cloud platform, BB Safety has created a modern and efficient B2B solution that makes it easier for customers to find, compare, and order the right products on their own, while also reducing the need for manual administration internally. Customers can also access order history, track deliveries, and easily find spare parts and accessories for technical products, even for items that are no longer sold.
The platform is designed to meet the needs of a professional customer base, with:
- Fast and intuitive navigation
- Technical product information displayed directly on product pages
- Real-time integration with the ERP system

The project was delivered in close collaboration with implementation partner Consid, a joint effort that enabled a fast launch with high quality. Development of the platform is ongoing, with new tools and features being added based on customer feedback and requests.
