Litium has signed a group-wide framework agreement with Cynca Nordic AB (publ), formerly Vestum. The agreement enables all companies within the Cynca Group to access Litium’s digital commerce solutions, creating opportunities for faster implementations, reuse of previous investments and a more unified digital foundation across the Group.
Cynca is a Nordic specialist group with approximately 1,000 employees, providing specialised products and services to Nordic industry and infrastructure. The Group’s companies operate within different specialist areas and under their own brands, while Cynca works to create synergies and share expertise across the organisation.
Three companies within the Group already use Litium: Markvaruhuset, Stängselbutiken and Ekmans Ståldörrar. The new framework agreement means that all companies within Cynca can now access Litium for their digital commerce initiatives.
The framework agreement is designed to make it easier for the companies to develop their digital business based on their individual needs, while allowing integrations, design, functionality and expertise to be reused across the Group together with Litium’s partners. The aim is to enable faster implementations while making better use of investments already made within the Group.
“Cynca is a very good example of the value of being able to meet different needs within the same group. The companies have different requirements and do not necessarily need exactly the same solution, but they can still benefit from shared investments, integrations and experience. The framework agreement enables each company to develop its digital business based on its own needs without having to start from scratch,” says Martin Billenius, CEO of Litium.
“We want to give our companies the right conditions to develop their businesses while also taking advantage of the synergies available within the Group. Through the framework agreement with Litium, the companies can develop their digital commerce based on their individual needs, while allowing us to reuse technology, functionality and expertise across the organisation. This gives us both flexibility and the opportunity to work more efficiently over time,” says Mattias Wase, CIO of Cynca.
The framework agreement has been signed with Cynca Nordic AB and covers all companies within the Group.
