Their previous solution could no longer keep pace with the company’s growth ambitions. To support continued expansion while improving the customer experience, Pgtech chose to invest in a modern and integrated platform.
The new solution, based on Litium and integrated with the Monitor ERP system, creates an efficient and automated flow between product information, order management, and customer experience, all powered by real-time data.

The solution was built together with our partner Exsitec and is based on Litium’s package for Monitor, creating a stable and efficient ecosystem for future development.
