NIBU AS, one of Norway’s leading distributors of kitchen, furniture and interior fittings, has chosen Litium as its new platform to modernize its digital commerce. With Litium, NIBU gains a scalable and robust solution that supports both advanced B2B commerce and a growing B2C business – all on a single platform.
NIBU had outgrown its previous e-commerce solution, which could no longer meet the demands of complex B2B logic and operational efficiency. Extensive manual work for customer service and the fact that only 15 percent of B2B orders were placed online were key drivers for change. With Litium, NIBU aims to increase digital sales, streamline internal processes, and deliver a significantly improved customer experience for both professionals and consumers.
"We see Litium as a platform that can grow with us. With strong B2B capabilities, smooth integrations and high performance, we can reduce manual work while offering a better experience for both professional and private customers," says Bente A. Leikvoll, Marketing manager at NIBU.
The project is being delivered together with Litium partner Toxic and includes integrations with Bison ERP and Feed PIM (iSys), ensuring consistent product, price and inventory data across both the B2B portal and the new B2C storefront.
"This clearly demonstrates Litium’s strengths in complex B2B commerce. NIBU gains a future-proof platform that can drive both sales and operational efficiency," says Martin Billenius, CEO of Litium.
Welcome to Litium, we look forward to working together!
