AI and customer value in focus – Litium strengthens team with two key hires

Litium is strengthening its organization with two strategically important recruitments as part of the company’s growth initiative. Henrik Rosén joins as interim Chief Technology Officer (CTO), and Andreas Granath as Chief Commercial Officer (CCO). Together, they will reinforce the already strong team, with the aim of accelerating product development, enhancing the customer experience, and creating new business opportunities for Litium’s customers and partners.

Henrik Rosén will be responsible for technology and product development, with a particular focus on AI and scalable cloud-based solutions. He brings over 30 years of experience in the SaaS industry, most recently as CTO at Medius, where he modernized the technical architecture and integrated AI into the products to deliver greater customer value.

Andreas Granath, stepping into the role of CCO, will be responsible for developing Litium’s partner program, establishing a new Customer Care organization, reviewing packaging and pricing structures, and identifying new future business areas. He has a solid background in senior roles within sales, marketing, and customer relations at companies such as Safeture, Qlik, Medius, ReadSoft, and HP.

“The recruitment of Henrik and Andreas marks an important milestone in our strategy for future growth. We are investing significantly in both technology and commercial development, and with their expertise, we strengthen our overall ability to deliver concrete results for our customers,” says Martin Billenius, CEO of Litium.

Litium’s digital commerce platform is used by companies across various industries to grow their online business. Alongside the existing team, Henrik and Andreas will help Litium better meet market demands for faster time-to-value, increased scalability, and customer-centric solutions that drive real business outcomes.

“I look forward to working with the team to develop the next-generation product platform – featuring powerful AI capabilities and high usability – that helps our customers succeed in a rapidly changing world,” says Henrik Rosén.

“It’s incredibly inspiring to be part of delivering real business value to both new and existing customers while strengthening our partnerships even further,” says Andreas Granath. “I look forward to collaborating with the teams and contributing to solutions that meet today’s needs and unlock future opportunities.”

Warm welcome to the team!
