Markvaruhuset has chosen Litium as its platform to develop its digital business and create a better customer experience for both businesses and consumers.
With nearly 40 years of experience in water and sewage systems, moisture protection, foundations, and groundworks, Markvaruhuset has built a strong position through a broad product range, deep technical expertise, and advisory services that support customers from planning to delivery.
The new platform will include e-commerce, a customer portal, improved user flows, and an updated design. A key part of the initiative is to make it easier for customers to plan projects, find the right products, and complete their purchases.
“We want to make it easier for our customers to plan, choose the right products, and complete their purchases, regardless of whether they are businesses or consumers. With Litium as our platform, we can develop smarter flows and functionality that create real value in our customers’ everyday work,” says Claes Nyland, CEO of Markvaruhuset AB.
The implementation is carried out together with Litium’s partner Toxic, where the platform is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central through Toxic’s integration engine EntityFlow. This enables product data, orders, and business logic to be synchronized automatically between the systems, without manual handling in between.
A warm welcome to Litium, Markvaruhuset. We look forward to following your journey!
