Splendor, one of Sweden’s largest wholesale nurseries with an annual turnover of around SEK 180 million and more than 15,000 articles handled each year, has chosen Litium as its new e-commerce platform to future-proof its digital business.
Splendor sells exclusively to other companies and has a broad customer base that includes wholesale nurseries, municipalities, church organizations, landscaping contractors, architects, schools, housing associations, garden centers, and horticultural retailers.
With the new Litium platform, Splendor aims to reduce manual processes, enable more self-service for customers, and gain better insight and measurability in its sales operations.
“We’ve long needed a system that can grow with us and simplify our daily work. With Litium, we now have a scalable platform that helps us become more efficient and provide better service to our customers,” says Nils Andersen, CEO of Splendor.
The initiative marks an important step in Splendor’s goal to gradually shift customer behavior — from traditional order handling via email and phone to more customers placing their orders directly through the webshop.
