How is digital B2B commerce doing in the Nordics in 2026?

Digital B2B commerce is evolving rapidly. Customer expectations are increasing, new technologies are emerging, and organizations are under pressure to deliver seamless buying experiences — while still managing complex processes, integrations, product data and internal change.

For the past ten years, Nordic Digital Commerce in B2B has tracked this development and helped companies benchmark, prioritize and make more informed decisions.

But to provide a true snapshot of the Nordic B2B landscape, we need insights from those who are leading the work.

Last year we collected over 900 responses, fairly evenly distributed across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland. That gave us a strong, representative foundation for the report.
