What did the 2024 results reveal?

The report for 2024 highlighted that B2B companies in the Nordics are undergoing a significant digital transformation. Here are some of the key findings:

  • 71% of companies using digital sales channels predict continued growth in the next three years.
  • 15% of companies already use AI to enhance their digital business, and another 21% plan to implement it.
  • The top driver for digital sales is reaching new markets and customers, followed by improved customer service and increased availability.
  • 25% of companies that don’t yet offer digital sales plan to launch an e-commerce solution within three years.

Despite these successes, challenges remain – such as security concerns and integrating digital channels with traditional business models.
