Meet the people behind Litium – starting with Samuel, one of our relationship builders in the sales team

Behind every successful platform, there are people who are passionate about what they do. At Litium, it’s our employees who drive development forward – with commitment, curiosity, and a genuine heart for our customers.

In this series, you’ll get to meet some of the people behind Litium. You’ll follow their journeys, hear what it’s like to work in digital commerce, and get to know them on a more personal level, both on and off the job.

First up: Samuel – one of our relationship builders in the sales team.

Since 2018, Samuel has been an important part of Litium’s growth journey. Here’s how he describes his experience:

"When I started, Litium was a smaller company in a highly competitive industry. Today, we’re an established player that rarely misses an RFP. It’s been an incredible journey where we’ve grown in both size and revenue. Our clear focus on B2B has really paid off, we’re seeing steady growth, with more and more companies reaching out to us. It’s a growing market in B2B segment specifically, and our product is a perfect fit for this target group." says Samuel.

But through it all, one thing has remained the same, the team spirit and values. 

"But the best part is that we’ve kept our kind and supportive culture. That’s just fantastic. Our strongest value is friendliness, it's truly something we live by" says Samuel.

Samuel works in sales – a role he truly enjoys, especially because of the variety of customer meetings.

"One day I’m meeting a toy manufacturer, the next it’s a steel distributor. Meeting so many different types of businesses makes the job incredibly exciting. At the same time, we have a strong product in a constantly evolving industry. And I get to work with amazing colleagues, it really makes the days fly by."

What makes the job extra enjoyable for Samuel is visiting customers and seeing how their operations work in practice.

"Sometimes I even get to see the production line. It’s really fun to see how products are actually made, it gives me a deeper understanding of the customer’s business and makes me even more invested in their journey. Occasionally, I even bring home a little souvenir," he says with a smile.

But the best part of working in sales? The relationships. ❤️

"Getting to talk to customers, understand their challenges, and be part of the solution, that’s incredibly rewarding. And being able to proudly say ‘That’s my customer’ , that’s something special."
