Glanser

We have already developed most of what is needed. Glanser works more like a product company than a traditional agency, and starts from our own library of functions and integrations whenever a solution is being shaped. Most of the functions are finished and priced before the project starts, and we only build something new where the business actually requires it. That is why we can offer a fixed price, and why you know what you are getting before the build begins.

We deliver for both B2B and B2C. The emphasis in our library is on what makes B2B particularly demanding: customer-specific prices and negotiated discounts, broad product assortments, differences in permissions, deviation and CO2 reporting, and orders that need to land correctly in the ERP system straight away. That kind of thing is easy to describe and time-consuming to build, and with us it already exists. We build customer, reseller, service and spare parts portals as well as e-commerce, with standardized integrations to Business Central, Monitor, Jeeves, Visma, PengVin and others.

Our expertise is broad and gathered in one place, from strategy and digital marketing to UX, design, integration and development. For groups with several subsidiaries we have a dedicated offering. The companies share what benefits from being shared and keep what sets them apart, so the synergies come without any company having to compromise on what makes it unique.

After launch, the focus is first on the stability of the solution, then on further development in controlled steps. Through Care, our proactive application management service, we take functional and compatibility responsibility for the solution as a whole, both when we continue developing it and when Litium or your ERP system releases a new version. Upgrades are always included in the fixed monthly fee.

"The solution will support Macro Design's continued growth by improving the customer experience, strengthening the support we give our resellers and simplifying key business flows, while building a stable digital foundation for the future," says Thomas Gunnarsson, CEO of Macro Design.

The engagement includes a new website and reseller portal on Litium, assembled from functions and ready-made integrations from our function library and adapted to Macro Design's needs.

The customer has also chosen Glanser Care, our proactive application management service, where we take functional responsibility for the solution for as long as it is in operation, covering support, version management, integrations and further development.

If you are facing a new step with your commerce or your portals, tell us what things look like at your end today. Then we can show you what is already finished and what would need to be built specifically for you.
