The constant focus on offering fast delivery and leading customer service of import and wholesale has been key to Roswi’s success ever since 1938. Today the company web shop plays an important role in servicing retailers in both Sweden and Denmark. Roswi’s journey from product catalogue to successful B2B business online began in 2014.

From product catalogue sales-promoting online store

- As for many B2B companies, our online store was more administrative than promoting sales. Our customers could see the product catalogue, place orders and view the invoice, but the solution was not very user friendly, says Christopher Carlander, CEO of Roswi.

With the vision of making it easier for the company's distributors to find information and inspiration to do more business, it was decided to develop a completely new web shop.

- To drive online sales, we wanted to reach out with the broad range of our offering and to faster launch new assortments. By augmenting the product presentations with texts, images and films, we wanted to make it easier to discover and be inspired by new products, Christopher Carlander explains.

A well-packaged cloud services for continued growth

-  Although we are a pure B2B business, we ultimately make business with people. Roswi’s web shop is fully integrated with the company's ERP system. Information on articles, prices and customers are automatically synched and always updated in the web shop. Customers can see their unique prices in the shop and get a quick overview of their order history.

- We have received very positive feedback on the new site. Our customers feel it is much easier and faster than before to place an order. This is truly a good sign, Christopher Carlander explains.
